AZ Driver - Sleeper Berth

Based in Port Sydney, Muskoka, our drivers enjoy dedicated trucks and trailers, with no weekend work and year-round opportunities.

Drivers with minimum 3 years of AZ experience and a clean CVOR & Abstract will thrive in this role. Plus, enjoy amenities like fridges in the bunks and inverters for TVs, coffee machines etc. Drivers typically reside within 100km of Port Sydney, Muskoka because that is the pickup and drop off point of their trucks. However, there is no need for a daily commute as drivers sleep in their dedicated trucks during the week.

We offer competitive pay up to $31 per hour, with benefits including dental care, disability insurance, extended health care, and more.

Fleet Maintenance Lead

Major Vehicle and Equipment Service, minimize come backs by inspecting all outgoing work for completeness, thoroughness, safety, and quality.  Perform service work (or be highly involved with repairs) on all come-backs to ensure ALL problem areas are corrected. Ensure the vehicle is “fixed right” and all expectations are met.

Working with Garage team to focus on continual improvement of overall service garage proficiency. Provide guidance and direction to staff members assigned to Fleet Maintenance. ​Review all technicians work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness.

  • Qualifications & Job Requirements

  • 310T Truck and Coach License

  • Current, valid driver’s license.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to make analytical decisions.

  • Ability to lead a group or groups of people and communicate effectively with these groups.

  • Ability to analyze situations, identify problems or conflicts, and negotiate win-win scenarios.

310T Mechanic

The general duties and responsibilities for a 310T Mechanic are listed as follows:

· Perform prompt, dependable, high quality, MAJOR service work for all fleet and internal equipment

· Perform major vehicle service work i.e. engine overhauls, custom fabrications, wreck repairs, etc.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

· Completion of all Service Schools and/or 3 years of equivalent work experience.

· 310T Truck and Coach License

· Current, valid driver’s license.

· Needs both basic and special tools to properly diagnose and service our fleet and yard equipment

· Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

· Ability to mentor and train apprentice mechanics
